Our LVT, laminate and associated accessories are ordered from our suppliers specifically to fulfil your order. Please ensure you have selected the correct product, colour and quantity, including any additional allowance required for cuts and wastage.

For online orders, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. Products must be returned complete, uninstalled and in a condition suitable for resale. Please do not open or damage more packaging than is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.

Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of unwanted products to our store. Where collection is required, the applicable collection cost will be confirmed before arrangements are made.

After the statutory cancellation period has ended, returns of LVT or laminate flooring are accepted entirely at our discretion. Where a return is approved, a supplier restocking charge of £45 per pack will apply.

We are unable to accept discretionary returns of flooring accessories. This does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
