Shipping policy

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £99 within a 6-mile radius of Woodland Road, Torquay.

For orders under £99, a small delivery fee of £19.95 applies.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

We strongly recommend waiting until your order has arrived and been checked before booking a carpet fitter.

This ensures that in the unlikely event of a delay or issue, you won’t be left out of pocket or inconvenienced.

Delivery is usually made to your external front door.
If you live in a flat or apartment, please note that our delivery drivers are unable to carry items up flights of stairs.
In some cases, drivers may need assistance with larger items or where access is limited.
For heavy or oversized items (over 50kg), delivery may take slightly longer.
